Excellent location, friendly welcoming staff, and good services. Clean and spacious room.
Mostly everything was great. I just wished our suite had twin beds, also the reception and waiting area needs to be more spacious

Ample professional staff. Very clean and stylish. Lovely breakfast buffet. Central location with many taxis.
Small room ok but a bed frame was chosen that had a frame on the far side that my entire family kept hitting a leg on. I’m bruised and bleeding. Ouch.
The noise in the room from the subway was almost insufferable. I was not expecting that. We need silence to sleep and having the train rumble and shake the room sometimes every 3-4 minutes was very upsetting.
