L’emplacement, la gentillesse de l’accueil
1 des chambres n’a pas la climatisation, je conseille alors de dormir la porte ouverte pour profiter de la climatisation de la cuisine. Faible insonorisation de la petite salle de bain qui sépare les 2 chambres.

Staff reception and responsiveness was superb. Location near historic area and on a quiet walk street was fantastic, and especially having a parking space! The elevator was greatly appreciated. So nice that the host provided laundry detergent and coffee pois.
The second bedroom needs an air conditioner. It was a bit spare with furnishings and utensils. Each bathroom needs a waste basket, and some shelves would be so helpful for guests to put their toiletries. Some rugs would make it more comfortable. Also the freezer door didn’t shut completely and needed to be pushed twice.

El apartamento está bien en cuanto a conservación, limpieza y la ubicación es excelente para ver Bilbao caminando. También te facilita un garaje justo enfrente.
Es muy ruidoso, y si quieres dormir bien no es nada recomendable: hay ruido procedente de la calle de gente de juerga y también se escuchan mucho las bajantes. La anfitriona es muy maja, pero le aconsejo que haga obras de insonorización para que el apartamento sea de diez.
