I was just passing through Freiburg, so didn’t have much time to see the city properly, but I was glad I booked this lovely guesthouse. It’s located within walking distance to the old town and the staff were very nice.

The bed was big enough, the room was clean and warm, close to City Center.
was too expensive for what they offered. There was no chance to cancel as I reserved without free cancellation but even when asking to schedule arrival day they didn't want to facilitate me any plan change. There was a noise outside on the night which was annoying to have some sleep.

The place is a bit deceptive as the facade and the immediate entrance didnt inspire confidence. Small but comfortable rooms with a balcony too, which was quite nice.
Breakfast is so-so. but we tried the dinner there on one of the nights. The quality of the food is nice.
