We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The absolute highlight of our visit was the included access to the Kiedel Thermal Spa. We absolutely loved it and enjoyed the thermal pools and facilities very much. It was a fantastic addition to our stay and made the experience even more special.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and everything was very well organised. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Having the direct acces to the thermal baths is a nice way to enjoy the trip.
The hotel is quiet and has a very relaxing atmosphere.
The food opinions for the breakfast are quite diverse and healthy.
The rooms are not equipped with air condition, only fans. During the very hot, summer days, it can get really hot and difficult to sleep (for us personally).

Breakfast was very good
The informations were not clears: The hours of service of breakfast changed during the working days, but we did’t know and then the cook were upset with us . Every time we ask a questions to the staff of the restaurant they could not answer or they needed to ask somebody else. The waitress were not professional and were not well organized.
We were very disappointed that the sauna were not included in the offer of the SPA and that the fitness center closed so early.
