The apartment is in a large apartment house with 10-12 floors, I was in the 7th floor, in a single room.
The apartment was brand new, living room and kitchen is in the same space, but spacious enough for one person. The kitchen and the bathroom was well equipped,
Tram #2 stops nearby, downtown is about 10-15 minutes ride.
Grocery shops, restaurants, kebab shop are near the apartment.

Perfectly located just north of the old town. Safe , residential neighbourhood with supermarkets, restaurants etc.
The mattress on the bed is beyond awful. It's more of a cushion than a mattress. It is categorically not an option if you have even a remotely bad back. It crippled me over 3 nights.
Room a bit dusty, pillows also too soft and need protective covers because they smell grubby, shower needs descaling, fridge in room horrendously noisy.

Nice modern apartment with much needed air conditioning. Bright bathroom and good shower. Good secure parking under apartment.
We knew the bed was positioned up against the wall but would have been much better with access to both sides. A little distance from the centre but tram available across the road if you don’t want the walk.

Bed a bit badly placed for two people, only one night stand.
