Central location, lovely back garden patio! The staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind, which always counts for so much! Even with the pub downstairs, the noise wasn’t too bad and didn’t go late into the evening. I would stay here again!
On a very hot day it was warm in the upstairs room, but they did supply a fan and that’s quite good for pub standards.

Most comfortable bed we slept in during our hike of the Cotswold Way!
Staff were expecting us and were very professional in checking us in and getting us into our room. Bath and shower were excellent. Breakfast the next morning was cooked to order and was wonderful.
Great British pub and inn experience.
Heavy rain caused a leak in a corner of our room but we were able to keep all our bags and gear dry.
