Great location about 10/15 min walk into the centre! Hard to get lost on the way. Air conditioned and clean- very good for hot weather. Fresh linen and towels daily and water available. Plenty of storage and spacious bathroom. Attentive host who is knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. The property felt safe and secure.

Host was excellent. He was very helpful, showing us the best locations to visit. Place is very near the train station

Location is quite good, near to the Station Porta Nuova, For those who like to walk it is about 30-minuite walk from ARENA.
Unprepared breakfast, do not expect buffet there, the host cooks after asking you what you would eat and you have to wait.
The night tables were dusty. The bathroom is with a shower-curtain that was moldy. Only shower-gels available, no shampoo.
