Lee was very warm and welcoming,the room was lovely and clean, the shower was really spacious, the bed was really comfortable, never have I been in a bed so high up and had to climb into it. The breakfast was amazing I had cheese and poached eggs on toast every morning with a sprinkle of paprika very well presented, lee was very witty every morning which made you laugh, will not hesitate to go again a great host.

Lee was very helpful and friendly. Does amazing breakfast too. A very cute place to stay close to all the restaurants. I was there for a Alzheimer’s Society 26 mile walk and really central and great place to base myself. I made a long weekend of it and was lovely. Great clean private Victorian bathroom, bath much needed after the long walk and great shower too.
Nothing it was all perfect.

Lovely B&B in the heart of Whitby with easy accessability to all the local amenities. Accommodation suited us fine with welcoming friendly host who provided an excellent breakfast which set us up for the day ahead.
There was nothing to dislike regarding accommodation and host. The only negative point which is nothing to do with the B&B was the difficulty in finding a parking space near by. It was Regatta weekend so parking was extremely limiting as this event attracts a lot of people.
