Very clean and great location.
Bed was comfortable and in good order.
Parking pass wasn’t left on arrival. The shower was dreadful and needed replacing. Not enough milk for 2 nights stay for 2 people and nowhere available to restock.

Great location and clean comfortable beds. TV was good and we were able to use it to access our Netflix account. Parking scratchcards provided to cover us for free parking for the length of our stay but our car had to be parked over on the Crescent as there wasn't any parking nearer to the hotel. Easy enough to drop stuff off with one of us taking the luggage in and the other driving round until a space was found.
Towel rails and/or hooks in the bathroom, nowhere to hang your towel. Very tiny cloakroom style sink, there appears to be room for a full size one. No hand soap provided. It would have been nice to have a shelf or two in the bathroom. One set of towels for a six-day stay, would have liked some fresh ones but we didn't ask for them and they weren't offered. Six teabags and milk sachets provided for 2 people for 6 days. We did ask for more tea, they were provided but a very sullen member of staff told my daughter that they were only supposed to be compimentary, she wasn't very pleasant...we don't think that 6 tea bags and milks between 2 people for 6 days feels very welcoming. Others may disagree.
A second set of keys would have been very useful as the constant putting the key in and out of the lock box was a bit tiresome after a while but we needed to be able to come and go separately.

The room and location was central. Comfy bed and very clean.
The extractor fan in the bathroom in room number 7 the one we stayed in was extremley noisy even when the light wasnt on.
6 / 10Average·Aug 2026
room was clean, functional, and as I expected (which is of course the most important thing !)
property front door didn't close properly, inner front door broken / general poorly maintained feel about entrance.
everything was by message - there was nobody at all at the facility (though to be fair, I didn't try to contact anyone, so don't know how responsive they would have been if I needed something)
I stayed 2 nights, and the room was not cleaned and coffee/tea not refreshed for 2nd night
Parking is a disaster. The 2 days visitors pass I received meant I could legally park, but took me 15 mins to find a space and ended up 5 mins walk from hotel
