Self check in was easy , good coms amd instructions from the owners . Very modern digital entry locks were easy to use .
Great location with a fabulous sea view . Lovely big room with plenty of tea and coffee etc . Had a fridge and tv , everything we needed for our 2 night stay . Would definitely stay here and in this room again.
As we were on the top floor in room 12 the steps were a bit of hard work but not really a big deal as we are both mobile. It wouldn’t put us of to stay again .

The room was spacious and comfortable
No fridge in the room, even though there was plenty of room for one and I knew the room was on the fourth floor as I would have not booked. I would’ve wanted one on the ground floor.

The room was very spacious, clean, beautiful bathroom. Loved the key less entry to the property.
The fire escape door in the room, although practical it let's in a very cold draught, maybe try a curtain over it.

We attended an event at the Pavilion. Sea breeze was a 5 min walk. Couldn't fault that.
Towels provided left on the bed in clear plastic bags but I took my own after reading reviews.
I'd booked and paid for the room before reading reviews. Had hoped it was just people complaining for the sake of it.
Sea breeze is a tired looking building a little investment would help. We were in 1 of the smaller rooms. Zepher. ok you get what you pay for. The entrance IN the apartment has no light. There is a coat rack & shelf which is handy but the cleaners hadn't noticed that the previous occupant had left their used towels there. doh!!!
The bedroom is a good size but the room is again tired. Almost grubby.
There is a fancy shower in the bathroom but I could only get the over head part to work. No worries but this whole contraption was grubby. I'd taken anti bacterial wipes any way just in case. Because of previous reviews.

The shower was really posh with jets and rainfall shower head. Towels, shower gel, and soap provided. The room ..."
