Excellent location on the sea front. Easy, short walk to busy tourist section and 3 minute walk to free overnight parking 6pm to 9am in West Cliff parking lot. Room and bathroom both large, even a small hallway for coats. Clean, quiet, everything you need but not ultra modern.
Nice entrance/stairs but hard for elderly to carry a case up 3 flights if you are given an upstairs room. Some would say 'dated' but I would say clean and good value for the money. It took a while to sort the tv as we are not 'tech savvy' but really only there to sleep anyway. My only real complaint is large bathroom window only has a lace curtain - not exactly private at nightime😳

Good position, spacious, warm.
Shower was somewhat hit and miss, either too hot or too cold. Kitchen tap didn’t run hot after first day.

The location
The shower doesn’t have buttons looks like they’ve broken off so it was hard to turn it on and off. There was only one bowl so we had to wait for one of us to have cereal first, we couldn’t have breakfast together. There was little hairs all in the shower which was gross. There wasn’t a bin in the bathroom which I think is bad especially when having to go bin sanitary products in the kitchen bin.
