The staff was very helpful, the Indonesians foods were amazing when it comes to breakfast - there are so many choices. I also like the view from my hotel room.
I found a cockroach in the bathroom when I wanted to take a shower. Oh my god I was like oh no... but this little animal went into his hiding place when I want to kill it.

It’s worth it for the price I paid. The location is convenient because next to supermarket Hokky where is well known for premium quality of local fresh fruits. Love it!! Walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza. I booked the deluxe king room, it was excellent. Clean, it has everything we need, you can use ironing room, has city view. I will Insyaa Allah definitely back to this hotel when I will be in Surabaya.
It doesn’t have swimming pool. Hopefully someday they will build one.

Good location. I love working at the balcony near the lobby.
The service was underwhelming. I stayed for almost 2 weeks and the service (especially room cleaning) was consistently bad. One day they forgot to give me new towel. Another took they didn’t fill up the soap. Another day they yook my electric key so my device didn’t get charged. They always surprise me with adversity every day.
