Hotelnya sangat buruk, perawatannya sangat buruk, manajer hotelnya kasar, harus bayar suap

Nothing I like Tidak ada yang saya sukai, semuanya sangat negatif

Pegawainya tidak menghormati tamu dan hanya ingin suap. Ini adalah hotel terburuk yang pernah saya lihat. Manajer hotel sangat kasar dan ingin mengendalikan semua orang. Seharusnya manajer hotel dipecat karena dia tidak begitu mengerti bagaimana menghadapi tamu hotel, memperlakukan tamu seolah-olah mereka adalah pelayan. dari manajer hotel.

very dissapointed wit Hotel as not first time have stayed and 5 years earlier much better

not much room was very average scruffy linen no hand towels no washers no water no milk

passage way no AC poor AC in room carpet prorated needs replacing

goood location but poor maintenance

it’s just adjacent to Tanjungan plaza so it’s in the heart of the city and convenient for shopping

it’s spacious hotel but the poor maintenance and not clean especially inside the bathroom were I could see cockroaches

Hotel Tunjungan

I loved the bedsheets . The smell of the lobby was very nice , smelled of coffee, really appealing to me. In the end, the experience was very enjoyable to me .

Honestly for me , I really didn't like the elevators as it loved to travel very slowly or sometimes the elevator would breakdown completely. This really affected my time as the elevator took a long time to travel to my room. In the end, ease ensure the elevator is in working condition.

The location, yes..

The smell of the room, the elevator keep under maintainance, wifi too slow and sometime its not working.

was conveniently located for us and met our needs for a one night stay with breakfats being the best

the breakfast was the best part of our stay there which was our scond visit since 2012. the staff were efficient and courteous.

the hotel is nearing the end of it's useful life. it felt tired and run down. maintenance seemed non existant.we would choose not to stay in this hotel again due to it's neglected and run down feel.

Frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Never come back, even if it is free!

There was not much to like. Even the grandeur if this place is 'stale'. Unfortunately I had prepaid it, otherwise we would not have checked in. The security and concierge were the best here: friendly and helpful, but that is about it!

A lot: long waiting time for check-in. Same girl that check us in at 10 pm was also working again at 9 am....! Elevators smirky, hallways stale, smell like an old Sovjet Russia outdated hotel, like no one has been there for ages. Rooms also stale smell. Lampshades rusty. No cable TV, only a few local channels with bad reception (4 stars ???). As I said i had prepaid this one, otherwise we would have not checked in. Overrated and overpriced: cheating on people with great pictures and so called 4 or 5 stars: it is a trap - dont go here!

Exceptional

Close to popular malls and fast food. Rooms were quiet and the bathroom huge.

The pool was green. There is no access to the shopping mall so you have to go around the street.

The wall was dirth and broken of wall paper at some area. Breakfast menu, not a 4 star class hotel,..very poor variations
