I don't recommend this place at all unless wanted some cockroach taste

Break fast is ok but noted cockroach on food. Getting bit upset with the cleanliness although looks ok overall. Need to improve hygiene significantly.

As expected.

Dolls House size cups, glasses and plates. Needed to keep asking staff for milk, sugar, tissues, as things ran out. Did not like the QR code stickers all over the room. Inconvenient. Is printing and sticking these really greener than a recyclable menu, phone list etc>

Overall As a solo traveler I felt comfortable and safe there. I would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast room was clean and buffet was enough for Asian and European travelers. Coffee was tasteless but its OK. All receptionists were very helpful especially DEO . He was great help to me. His English was very good and his professional skill was great . Thank you DEO . Lobby area was very clean and welcoming. I also liked free live music performance in front of the hotel entrance.

Little bit disappointed with bedroom . Not very comfortable bed , not very clean sheets. There were lots of black marks on bed sheets and bathroom towels . Beige colored bathroom towels gives dirty feeling .

Very good

I like the friendliness, helpful and fast response of the staffs when we needed extra toiletries. Within 5minutes they delivered to our door. I like the adjoining doors to connect two rooms.

I got smoking rooms and there's still smell in the room. I need to buy air freshener.

staying here at the wrong time of year

clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast and convenient location. Easy check in and out

Nonstop Christmas music from 7AM to 10PM even in the guest room area. it's ok to play it in the lobby and restaurant, but guest room floors are supposed to be quiet and relaxing. We asked if they could bring the volume down a little but nothing changed and the entire stay felt like we were sleeping in a shopping mall.

Excellent service, friendly staff, hotel with affordable price and strategic location in the center of Surabaya.

Almost all things are good and running well. Only the water heater in the gallons takes a long time to make the water hot.
