Beautiful accommodation and amazing staff.

Very clean and the staff were very accommodating. Reception were extremely helpful and Via and Aan at Makan kitchen made everything easier when figuring out food and bookings.

Good review

I liked the room, the receptionist was good and offered some deals that I never used at all. Didn't try the facilities because I was outside until night time.

🤔 the only thing is the laundry needs a payment system instead of paying them later, they put a paper that I don't have efficient money in app or something.

Clean & well maintained room & facilities. Almost like brand new. The location is excellent, in the heart of Surabaya. minutes away from business & shopping area. Plenty good food nearby, Everything was just perfect

Access from the parking lot to the hotel is not the best, although it's still okay.

Great hotel at a affordable prince

The Hotel is really nice and clean, There is like security check upon entrance so you know it is safe. Check in was fast. I was a little under the weather when I reached the Hotel and did request for like plain porridge which I think they don't usually serve. Staff still managed to cater to my request which I really do appreciate. Room was huge, and all their facilities is really clean. There is actually many attractions and eatery near by the hotel, like walking distance. Overall a really nice hotel at a very affordable rate.

Exceeded my expectations in all aspects. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were all very helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. The location in the center of Surabaya was extremely convenient. The pool was a lovely place to relax and the gym was good for a casual workout.

The rooftop bar!! My partner and I thought it would be lovely to sit up there and have a nice quiet drink and something to eat. We had planned to go there often however due to the smoke in the room it was almost impossible to breath. I understand that in Indonesia smoking is still allowed indoors, however, if you allow smoking, you must ensure adequate ventilation. After only 15 minutes, my eyes were watering and my throat was sore from the smoke. We actually didn't even finish our food. It should have been a lovely place to sit and enjoy but instead it was terrible due to the smoke. I also think that there should be no smoking in the breakfast area either. I know the smokers were in a separate room, but the smell of smoke was still quite noticeable throughout the restaurant.

Ci aspettavamo di meglio

Bella struttura moderna, bellissima vista su Tunjungan Plaza. Ottima posizione.

Lenzuola sporche con delle macchie (piccole) dì sangue e doccia con acqua tiepida, alla nostra lamentela la receptionist Javina ci rassicura che avrebbero provveduto a sistemare tutto. Dopo un giorno lo stesso problema: lenzuola sporche e acqua tiepida. Alla nostra seconda e più decisa lamentela, ci vengono finalmente cambiate le lenzuola (dopo 2 notti con le stesse macchiate), ma non sistemata la doccia. Una sera abbiamo usufruito del room service, meglio evitare…mi aspettavo di vomitare ovunque, ma non in un hotel di questio calibro. Ps. Il tasto “do not disturb” serve appunto per non essere disturbati, non è stato così. Abbiamo ricevuto sia chiamate in camera, che citofonate.

A place to recover and recharge after a long overnight journey to the volcanoes.

We did the sunrise tour of Mount Bromo and because this involves missing a night's sleep we needed a hotel to rest up in after the trip. This hotel proved to be a good choice. It was restful and comfortable - we could return to a long, slow shower and crash out in a big, soft bed with white cotton sheets and get a very good meal at the excellent dining room. I would like to recommend the dining room staff who were very nice - Yusuf and Anis in particular.
