Location was excellent, right in heart of city
Room was clean
Staff friendly and helpful
Be aware that reception hours are quite short (until 4pm) so if arriving after this, you have to checkin online, including your passport. We are conservative and so didn’t really like this, the staff are helpful, but it still is online checkin after reception hours.

A stunning location by the Forza Castle within easy reach of bars, restaurants, the Duomo and the Brera area. The access is simple and the staff always helpful. It's a beautiful little boutique place to stay if you are happy to not have any in house bar/cafe or restaurant.
The residents of the apartment above were a little noisy at times, but that was mainly dur to the creakiness of the beautiful parquet flooring. The rooms would also benefit from a blackout blind in addition the to the curtains.

I lovedddddd how big the room and bathroom were. The amenities provided were amazing and they further provided multiple free drinks and snacks for my stay. The lady at reception was so lovely and accomodating. Even though it was next to a tram line it was still relatively quiet which was great
It was lowkey hard to find based on their guide of where the hotel was. The elevator was quiet run down and you had to manually close the door or it would not move off from where it started.

The location is very convenient, close to the park and the railway station.
The corridors and rooms are filled with artificial chemical fragrance, which is very uncomfortable, and the cleanliness of the room needs to be strengthened.
