Jerry, the manager, is exceptional. He made our stay truly amazing. He stayed late to help us check in, since check in closes at 9pm and we arrived late in transit (note - if you think you will arrive after 9pm, you should definitely let them know otherwise they may not plan for that). Jerry was so kind and helped us with everything, gave us a lot of helpful advice, and was very accommodating.
The hotel itself is in the perfect location - very central in Milan and can walk everywhere (including to the Cadorna station to easily get to Malpensa). The location is one of the nicest in Milan, very safe and extremely beautiful. The rooms are very clean and modern.

It was the cleanest place I've stayed in.
