Pleasant booking in and checking out process.
Breakfast was lovely.
The road noise which is constant day and night.
Having to book to use the pool and the pool not being open from 7am.

Beautiful house, nice rooms and great location
No air con - it was unbearable in the rooms also water left on the side but undrinkable as it was too warm. Needs air con and a fridge

Location and separate annex accommodation was nice. The views of the fields and Hares playing was lovely
The two ladies working were pleasant
When booking I had requested an 8-9 check in and had missed there would be a £15 charge for this as it wasn’t on the main page information - they accepted my booking before confirming this was ok with me
The room was large and comfortable however the bathroom door can’t be closed from the outside meaning steam/smells were in the main bedroom.
I decided to have dinner in the restaurant. I only ordered a jacket potato with beans and cheese and the beans came in a bowl, cold. I was then asked if I wanted them ‘warming’.
I chose not to stay for breakfast.
Disappointing stay for the cost of it.
