The property is located about 10 minutes drive from Boston central, and was very clean, and the room was quite spacious. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable and we all had a great nights sleep. Lots of parking in front. There is an onsite resturant and bar in the main building for some nice food and drinks. Family and pet friendly environment and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was only one set of sockets in the room which was near the kettle and tv, and none near the beds. Switches near the big bed had usb port, but the port did not work. The shower curtain was too high, so water splashes down, the toilet had a slight leak, and the lift didn’t work consistently when coming down from the first floor. Also, the reception is located in a different building, but a 24 hour mobile number is provided.

Quiet location, large room, twin double beds, room had an easy to manage convector heater. The check in staff were lovely. Parking is easy. Room and bathroom were clean. Ideal for a short stay.
Beds need updating, the mattresses were not that comfortable. The dining chair by the fitted table was also really uncomfortable. Room lighting is rather harsh.

The evening meal was great.
The toilet paper was very poor, very thin that you had to use more which is why we ran out and had to use our own.
