Excellent location. Lovely room. Welcoming and attentive host. The fridge in the room with the chilled bottles of water is a nice touch. The breakfast was really amazing.
At £127 for a twin room in a B&B on a week night in Carlisle I thought it was a bit on the expensive side. The 1030 check out time could be pushed back to 11.

The management was very good. the place was very clean. The owners had clearly put effort into remodeling and updating.
We were in room five. Two twin beds. The mattresses need a replacement as they were quite lumpy.
