Location is beautiful and perfect, close to many underground stations and many restaurants and pubs. Staff were lovely. But the neighbourhood is incredible and being so close to Hyde Park. Quite and clean
Not being able to turn off the radiator in the lounge, not super in the summer when you are trying to cool off a room with the aircon. The soft flooring in the bathroom was concerning. The beds werent the most comofrtable but good enough.

The location was great and the reception was a 1/2 min walk from the apartment and available 24/7 and easily reachable via Whatsapp. Staff were all polite.
The floors were dirty … i walked around in socks and within 5/10 minutes of walking around to unpack, they were filthy.
The soap bottles were not topped up from possibly previous stays. So much so that after the first night, we ran out of soap. I forgot to inform them immediately but i am sure someone went to the room since our bed was neatly made, however soap was not topped up (which is fine because i didnt mention it, however, someone did go to the room). The next morning i went to reception and informed them we need soap and they said that they will handle it, that same evening we popped in for a shower to head right back out and the soaps were still empty, once again people had been in the room since there was a fresh set of towels.
I went to reception myself asking for soap because we only had 30 minutes to get ready for an event and yet, we had to wait another 20 minutes until someone came and gave us soap. We were obviously late and frustrated that we had informed them we had no soap and that the bottle was already pretty much empty upon our arrival.
