We didn't expect 5 star but this was dreadful.

Breakfast adequate. Location good for city centre.

Being given a room in a building site! Not having to change rooms twice in a 5 day stay. Honesty from the management.

We had a good stay in the New Kent. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very near to the Bayswater and Queensway stations. Clean, have aircond+heater, complete set of kitchen ware.

The sofa in the accommodation was not comfortable to sit on due to the springs being felt through the cushions. So we were only able to sit o the bed on the plastic chairs. Also the building work that was being done at the property that we were not aware of when booking.
