The absolute best is the location. Very convenient place very close to Padington station and next to Kengsinton Gardens. The info to pickup the keys and enter the building is sent several times to your email with a detailed step by step of how to collect the keys. And it is actually very easy to do it. The place was a comfortable studio with all the amenities to spend a few days there (shampoo, soap, towels and coffee and tea included).
I was given the basement rooms, it smells strongly to humidity and to a place that stays closed for long. The street itself if very noisy and you listen all the time to people entering and going out of the building. Although a very good location , it is very touristy and not necessarily a nice experience with the people hanging out outside the building.

Great shower, everything we required, small but acceptable and quiet.
Sink is quite small for dishwashing but it's all perfectly usable.

Very good location, close to the underground and many restaurants/shops. The staff sends detailed information before departure that is very useful and clear. Visually the room looks nice and is clean.
The room was tiny, which was expected. What was not expected was the unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom ventilation. The main light was flickering and very loud. The bed was not very comfortable (too hard, the pillows as well).
