The apartment facilities are satisfying, the wifi is great. The most expensive experience is the location to nearby underground and shops lots.
-The bed mattress doesn’t comfy for the long rest.
-the house is hot during summer.

Very conveniently located- close to two tube stations, at a stone’s throw from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. The flat is well-lit and well-ventilated, and had been cleaned up well when we checked in. The staff was polite and responded promptly to any questions and issues we experienced.
One of the sofa beds was broken and kept coming apart at night when used. Although the handyman did fix it once, it kept coming apart. The flat needs good quality sofa beds as you could feel the gaps in it which isn’t typically the case with others.

Great location. Close to 2 tube stations and Kensington gardens. Could walk through Kensington to Natural History Museum.
No drying facilities for washing, only 1 towel provided considering we were staying for 6 nights.
