You get what you pay for. Lower price comes with a few drawbacks.

In a quiet neighborhood, good location.

The elevator was out, we had to climb a lot of stairs to the 5th floor. Kitchen was poorly equipped with cutlery - the family of 4 had to share one fork and 2 spoons. I reported the missing cutlery but the staff failed to fix the issue in the 3 day period when we were there. Also the TV wouldnt turn on.

Home in the center of London

Everything except for the lift which was under maintenance 😅😬

Fab London location

Property was spacious and had great views (top floor 3 bed apartment). Two bathrooms were great for our group of 7 girls. Had everything we needed for our short stay. 2 mins from the tube station and down the road from Kensington park!

Couple of little maintenance things looked a tiny bit shabby but by no means effected any of the stay. The lift was out of order and it’s 80 steps to the top. My granny struggled to get up the stairs without the lift.

Great location. Close to 2 tube stations and Kensington gardens. Could walk through Kensington to Natural History Museum.

No drying facilities for washing, only 1 towel provided considering we were staying for 6 nights.
