Good

Location, super clean, good restaurant

Unfortunately we were in a corner room with outside traffic on two sides. It was also next to the restaurant kitchen. It was noisy well in to the night.

nice modern hotel, short walk to zocalo

Attractive decor, modern, new, clean. Central courtyard is very appealing and free coffee is sometimes available in the courtyard. AC and wifi work well. Our second room had a large window to the street which helped it feel a bit more spacious.

I felt claustrophobic in our first room (downstairs, interior corner) and there was a lot of noise from a group meeting in the courtyard during the late afternoon. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

Nice, modern hotel. Good value, comfortable. Mostly very nice staff.

Nice hotel, pretty, nice new furnishings. Very pretty courtyard. Friendly receptionist. Great air conditioning in room.

Our first room was quite small, virtually windowless and I felt a bit claustrophobic. 2nd trim was much better: bigger with a large window. Great hot water in the mornings but for some reason we never had hot water in the afternoon. Staff gave us grief about losing our room key.

It was within walking distance to the main square. They were very accommodating. Food prepared on site. Very good and great price. Very colorful.

Great stay in Comitan

Comfortable bed, modern rooms, nice location only two blocks from the main square. Helpful and friendly staff and there is a cafe inside where you can purchase breakfast.

The room and bed was very comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The cafe had great service and tasty food as well!

The room was a little small but I didn't mind as everything else was so good! The shower was the best I've had in a hotel in years! And the bed was super comfy.

It was impeccably clean. Spotless. It felt very comfortable.

Our room was way too small. I'm aware it was the cheapest, but still, a couple of square meters more wouldn't be a bad idea.

Nice hotel but very room dependent

We were shown several rooms which appeared to be just normal hotel rooms and nothing special. We were then shown a two level room with a queen bed on the first level and king bed on the second level. The room was very nice and highly recommended. It is a bit small overall and if you are tall you will hit your head the first time you go down to the first level (the entry is between the two levels) but this does note take away from the overall charm.

As others have noted, the noise from the street can be annoying especially if you have one of the rooms in the front. Also the hot water should be hotter, it is ok but just that.
