Erg nette schone kamer. Natuurlijk is de whirlpool een groot pluspunt.
Achteraf gezien ben ik niet zo’n fan van een drukke wijk midden in een stad, maar dat is een persoonlijke mening.

Reservamos dos habitaciones para dos noches y la experiencia fue completamente distinta en cada una. La habitación nº 5 estaba impecable: limpia, cómoda y en muy buenas condiciones.
La habitación nº 7 resultó muy desagradable. Había una fuerte sensación de humedad, incluso el nórdico se notaba húmedo. Además, durante la segunda noche, los vecinos de la planta superior organizaron una fiesta muy ruidosa que se prolongó hasta aproximadamente las cuatro de la madrugada. El aislamiento acústico era insuficiente y fue imposible descansar.
Tras la estancia comunicamos lo ocurrido al establecimiento y adjuntamos una grabación del ruido, pero rechazaron cualquier tipo de compensación porque los problemas no se notificaron en ese momento o a la mañana siguiente. El horario de recepción es de 11:00 a 19:00, por lo que no había nadie a quien reportar en ese momento.
La habitación nº 5 fue excelente, pero, lamentablemente, no podemos decir lo mismo de la nº 7 ni de la gestión posterior de nuestra reclamación.
