This is my 1st stay at alnaseem but my 4th stay with Jumierah.

I have booked for a Ocean View Deluxe room online, however in reality I received Upper-floor (4th floor) Deluxe room with lagoon/resort views and an angled partial ocean view (not a direct Ocean View) - see photos for buildings and rooftops occupying much of the foreground. The room itself was comfortable but ordinary despite being a premium category, but the king bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was the highlight (large bathroom, separate shower and bath, double basin, generous storage and powerful shower).

I received a very responsive “WhatsApp assistance” prior to arrival & during my entire stay. The replies were quick and efficient.
