Fantastic location, really great just off the Main Street and felt nice and quiet but easy to walk to anything you needed.
The staff were brilliant and the retracted to the hotel was brilliant, we took breakfast there and was amazing!

A beautiful hotel, set in a terraced, tropical garden with two infinity pools.
It is 5 mins walk from the busy central High Street, down a fairly quiet side road. You cannot hear the noise of the town from the hotel as it is tucked down its drive behind its restaurant and overlooks a small river. It is not overlooked and the view from the rooms and pools is of trees and flowers - so relaxing.
The room ( Adiwana) was spacious with a lovely shower. The large balcony overlooked the pool area but is partially shielded from view by palms and other tropical plants, so is very private.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating, food is good with a plentiful breakfast served all day.
We would happily stay here again.

Our room which was feeling as if it's right in the middle of a forest.
The tv remote in the room wasn't working and had to be replaced on 3 consecutive nights!
Also, we found the restaurant Herb library to be indifferent to our needs while some guests from particular ethnic backgrounds were seen to be served promptly. We would like to believe it wasn't something intentional but there seemed to be a stereotype or implicit bias at work.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms are big and comfortable. Both pools and great and nice food at the restaurant
