価格不相応。ロケーション代と思い、良しとします。

ロケーションが最高でした。

スタッフが、口調は丁寧ではあるが愛想がなく、すれ違っても挨拶もなく（してくれる人もいた）、お風呂のアメニティの質問への返答も間違えていた。あとは、アメニティがあまりに簡素でビジネスホテル並みだった。この金額だから、と少し期待していたので、残念でした。バイキングも、味がイマイチ。部分的には美味しいものあったが、バイキングだから仕方ないのかな？と思いました。

The view was lovely, the buffet was great, and the staff were very helpful; I highly recommend.

The view from the window was magnificent. The seafood buffet was amazing and the staff treated us really nice. I appreciated the help I received at check in.

There were some type of big bugs in the outside bath (rotenburo). There were several crawling around while we tried to enjoy each other`s company and the view but the bugs crawling in and out of the deck were very distracting.

Phenomenal good!

The variety and quality of food included in the package is amazing! Top marks!

Next time we'd go for the 'European beds rather than the Japanese low ones and a standard table and chairs. Also not a lot of space for suitcases etc

Never felt so welcomed :)

An amazing stay in Taikanso ! It is extremely clean and comfortable. what I love most is the Matsushima Bay view from the hotel, breakfast spread and the service provided. All staff were attentive to our needs from the moment we stepped into the hotel - from the reception to the beautiful piano melody for the guests, to the restaurant operators. Never felt so welcomed :) there is also a free shuttle to/fro train station . thank you for the amazing stay!

delicious seafood buffet , excellent service , english speaking staff , very nice public bath with wonderful view of the bay

Ms Lee (the lady in charge of us) speaks fluent english and it s so helpfull

the beautiful view of the bay from our room and from the bath,the seafood buffet is excellent

smell of cigarette in the room coming from the hallway

Exceptional

View from the room is amazing. View of hot spring is also good. Staffs are very friendly. I left my wallet in the room when I checked out. I called the hotel and ask whether they can find it and keep it at the front desk. I went back the hotel 4 hours later, my wallet was found and well kept by the hotel. I really want to thank for all staffs.
