What a wonderful quaint little place, the welcoming sheep and chickens where the loveliest surprise
That we couldn’t experience the full English due to having a running race early. Hugh however provided us with a great bowl of porridge, bananas and homemade bread

Everything. Hugh is a complete legend! The farm is so nice. There’s sheep cruising round, Ronnie and Reggie! Hugh made us the most thoughtful and awesome breakfast on the morning of our half marathon. Thank you so much!!
That we couldn’t stay for much longer!!

We loved the whole package! It was quiet, a needed contrast to city living; the location was perfect for us as avid walkers and visiting Lincoln; the room was cosy; the breakfast was tasty and set us up for the day. Who knew? A Winner of 4 in a Bed, nonetheless- Herdwicks, alpacas and hens all added to its charm. Everyone was lovely. It was certainly value for money!
