The meal was nice
The room was not what we expected after booking a premium room, 2 windows in the room, one with a broken blind so permanent down and the other window broken so couldn’t be opened.
Bathroom very dark, recommend taking a torch in with you especially if you need to find anything.
Shower was hanging off the wall but I managed to fix that. No spare toilet roll, no handwash, I’m assuming this was due to the staff not being able to see!
Overall not a good experience and not what we expected after eating at the restaurant numerous times.
We will definitely be finding somewhere else to stay when in the area.
