Great view from the balcony. Quiet location and beach directly out the front. Big rooms. Pool area was amazing
The manager also arranged our next 2 drivers at a very good rate so make sure you get a quote from him before booking anything else.
The only thing that could be better was the food.

Everything...a right little gem this is ..right on the beach a short ride to the town of Weligama.
The staff are all fabulous...the Hotel Manager is a diamond he'll sort anything you require. Every room a Sea View Cannot fault it...close to Mirrisa to go snorkeling..short ride in tut tut

Fantastic location right on the beach at the quiet end of the bay which suited us. Our room was 2nd floor with direct sea views, was a very generous size and views over the swimming pool, palm trees, golden beach and the ocean. Surfing is perfect here for beginners and Sudda's Surfing is right there for board hire and lessons. Swimming is perfect and very safe and we enjoyed wonderful early morning runs along the beach the length of the bay. The hotel is kept very clean and the staff are polite and helpful. This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed here.
Compared with some other hotels in Sri Lanka at this price the breakfast and dining could be better. We ate at nearby traditional and western restaurants instead.
