The landlord Frank and the huge breakfasts
It was very quiet in bar and lacked an area where one could sit and relax outside your room.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was a in brilliant location. The car was a 2 minute walk. Great value for money. I would definitely recommend

Loved the location, the size of the room, the room furnishings and the bedding.
The management (husband and wife team) were lovely to interact with and very helpful. Their staff on the other hand were not as helpful.
The pubs closing hours did not align with what was posted and on two of our three nights' accommodation, we found the pub closed for our enjoyment. If it said closing was 11pm found the place closed at 10:15pm etc.
Food was not available as advertised due to the early closing and kitchen closed at least 45 minutes to 1 hour earlier than stated. We were forced to run across the street and attempt takeaway from the pizza place who went above and beyond to accommodate us (even provided us cutlery and told us to simply drop off the next day. Customer service by the staff could be improved.
