location was convenient for travelling, easy access to trains. beautiful view of the harbour. easy access to shops like IGA etc nearby and food court.
The bed was too soft for us. No access to online subscriptions like Netfilx, would be good for TV to be newer.

Good location near train station. Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed.
Although the booking was confirmed nearly two months earlier there was no further response from them to my messages and they did not debit my credit card at the time they said. In fact we flew into Sydney not actually knowing if our booking was proceeding. Literally whilst we were flying in they finally got around to attempting a debit on my card. When we finally spoke to them they were fine but this doesn't excuse their total lack of attention to us up to then.

The property is in a great location, in between the harbour and luna park. Easy to access transport and simple parking garage on sight.
The bedroom was large, with a balcony, full lounge, dining room and kitchen.
Found multiple dirty dishes which had been put away in the cupboards and forgotten about. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the dishwasher to turn on and on our second night the power points next to the bed stopped working all together.
The hotel didn’t provide any shampoo/conditioner, the bathroom came equipped with a hand/body wash and that was all. We were provided one towel each for a 3 night stay for two people. Walls were quite dirty with scuffs and other marks, but this didn’t affect us much. The deadlock on our apartment door was extremely difficult to use and we had to use a lot of force at times to remove the key from door.
Given that we were staying on the weekend, we were unable to contact the reception for help in regards to these issues/concerns.
