Room 2112 and 2113 - great rooms but view not so good - room was setup great on arrival
View - communication was bad and food was very underwhelming. Robes were stiff and hard and not replaced or changed when used.

Amazing customer service from the moment we walked in. Fabulous rooms and dining facilities, especially the breakfast - best we have had in a while.
Nothing we loved it and is our favourite place to stay in Sydney.
