Very nice hotel! Great value for money staff were amazing
Only down side is that we found a cockroach in our hotel room and when we told the staff there did say sorry but didn’t act very surprised, which tells me that they have probably had this problem before.

Location is very central, which is an advantage on the face of it
Room size was adequate
While the pool is not a full lap pool, it serves the purpose and has pretty views
.. there is construction work ongoing in the adjacent building and lower floors get noise disturbances from the trams on the street as well. So a light sleeper might have a bit on an issue
House keeping could be better
Might be a cultural thing, but am comparing hospitality services to Asia wherein extensions of an hour or two at checkout are usually extended on a complimentary basis, especially to guests staying for 3/4 nights . Here there seemed to be a charge of 30 AUD per hour, if late checkout was approved…. It’s not the amount , it’s the principle…
