Good bed, location, friendly staff and quality in house food options in Gowings and Parlour.
Rooms can be a bit too dark but you do sleep well. Mini bar and extras expensive.

Location and luxury vibe. Super comfy bed, lux room and bathroom.
Car parking was a bit of a challenge being around the corner at Wilson parking. 271 Pitt st but actually says 255 on the building. Caused confusion and wasted time.

The shower head was broken it was so awkward to shower and the bath looked stained and too dirty to have a bath It was not very comfortable
