Not a five star hotel in my opinion, if you remove it from its current location.

Location, location, location. Cleanliness Comfortable bed

The first room smelts strongly of bleach, we changed our room. The room service did not replace all the towels they changed. They did not replace the used shower cap after the first night. No mini-bar, and they did not even replace the bottled water. The TV kept disconnecting; there was no paid TV (Foxtel, etc.) Available

Nice, clean, friendly accommodating staff. Everything i needed provided in the room. Great location

Nice clean room. block out shutters amazing, forgot toothbrush but was one in the bathroom plus hairdryer, cafe was great after arriving needed something to eat.

Pillows were a bit high for my liking , but thats my personal choice.

Fantastic, and good value for money when you look at the location and other amenities.

My highlight it always the breakfast, and it did not disappoint!….love it! 1st time using the valet parking, and the was so good! ….just a great experience as usual!

The only thing that caught my wife’s & my attention was the sewerage type smell near the elevators every time we used them. I would be a nice touch to have a signature smell throughout the place like some other hotels. Not a big deal at all, just thought I would mention it!.

Not up to Hilton standards.

Cleaning staff removed our towels and our top sheet, called duty manager No reply. Pool been told is warm, it's not it is cold, with very slippery floors

We have really enjoyed our time here.

Located in the CBD so was really easy walk around the city everyday, staff was really friendly and helpfull. We have loved the bathroom with the tv in the shower and the bed was really comfortable.

The rooms and the facilities like the pool seems dated.

The swimming pool was closed early when I reported it to the manager he said he would get back to me and let me know why. There was a lot of people waiting to go for a swim with kids but disappointed.

Great room and staff ruined by ruinous parking rates.

Great room - great position. Helpful staff.

Confusing with the aircon in the room - was very hot (23 degrees) in the middle of the night and only a lot of button pushing eventually reduced that to something more enjoyable. Basically the thermostat was a significant issue. Also the parking charged me $80 for my overnight stay despite indicating that it was $50 overnight. That's outrageous and seriously impacted my enjoyment of the stay.

in the middle of the city ,adjacent to the light rail. Close to OPera sight museum and circular key

Definitely stay again

Very clean and spacious room. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was wonderful always hot water. Very close to all amenities. Staff service was impeccable. Food was 5 star.

We both had the most wonderful stay overall and an absolutely fabulous time.

The room was lovely, and loved the adequate hanging space for dresses and work area. Bed was super comfy and good pillows which was great as I suffer a spinal injury. Always wonderful to have a bathtub!

I personally don't like the idea of having a virtual minibar. I just don't like having to ring up for every little thing including real milk for tea, water or basic alcoholic beverages. The bathroom basin area was too small - there was no elbow room. Also, the first time I've ever needed a sewing kit on a business trip, it was the first 5 star hotel where I didn't have one. Not a big deal... Concierge service was also a bit hit and miss - a couple of the staff were very dismissive but most were wonderful. Coffee in the brasserie is undrinkable by Melbourne standards :(

Great location

Great location. Nice room with lovely view over QVB and town hall. Nice breakfast with good variety. Pleasant staff.

The corridors look a bit tired but generally the rooms have plenty of space and nice decor. Really uncomfortable pillows.
