Great location, clean, very helpful and friendly staff.
Pool setup was a bit odd because there was one or two people in each of the huge u-shaped booth sofas, none friendly enough to share, meaning that the whole area was taken up by about five people - a different setup could still be comfortable but welcoming for more people.

Great rooms, very clean and well maintained. Gorgeous bathroom and a really luxurious feel. Very comfortable beds. Liked the day bed/sitting area within the room. Very quiet even though it was busy and in the city. Great location, walking distance to darling harbour through to Wynyard, easily accessible to public transport options with a short walk
The room set up as two singles leaves very minimal space to access the fridge/wardrobe but did like that it was all slightly hidden

The bed was comfortable and the staff were amazing
Rooms were a bit tight and no onsite parking

location was good
they charge us an additional $50 for car park , but the same car park is cheap if we pay in the car park is around $30 , so they are charging more for no reason and its only one entry and one exit , so its not value for money pay an additonal fee everyday for a carpark
