Location. Close to restos, cafes, Hay market, tram, grocery store So convenient

We arrived late at the hotel as we went out with friends. The room they gave us has a strong smell of cigarette smoke the moment you open the door. We requested a move. They moved us but it took a long time and they lack staff at the reception

The room was okay, adequate. The bed was not very comfortable

The hotel advertises parking, but the parking is not at the hotel. They provided a terrible map. Because of all the nearby freeways etc, we had to drive quite a way to find the parking street, only to find the street blocked with roadworks. All this in the middle of a rainstorm on unfamiliar streets.
