Location was close to Thai town where we found lots of good dining options. Also walking distance to rail station to get to the Blue Mountains to see the 3 sisters

The bath tub/shower in the living room area of the 2 bedroom apartment we had, was strangely and extremely elevated. Getting into the tub means you’re climbing up, we don’t have mobility issue but it didn’t feel comfortable. There’s also just a very narrow piece of glass next to where the water came out, so each time we took a shower the entire bathroom floor is filled with water. The second bedroom has a window opens up to where the AC unit for the master bedroom is located, the unit is LOUD when AC is on, that means when the AC is on in the master bedroom you can’t open the window from the second bedroom. On a good note, the kitchen was well equipped and well stuffed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. And I really appreciate the pillow menu.

Very spacious and comfortable. Had all the facilities of home with a great kitchen. Service with great and the room was very clean with everyday servicing.

Room was smaller than expected. Sometimes automated functions dropped out of connectivity (tv, curtains).
