Excellent location being close to light rail services that we needed to use.
Proximity to Chinatown and other eateries.
Market across the road.
The breakfast was amazing and the large selection catered to all tastes.
Coffee supplies were not topped up daily and there was none in the drawer by the lifts.

Room was spacious. The location was great. It was close to everything and Chinatown and Market City which gave us a lot of choice for food. It is also close to Darling Harbour. Walking distance to acquarium etc. and Townhall and QVB
The window doesn't shield noise much. I can hear noise from outside clearly, especially Saturday night when people partying outside. Noise wast the only problem we had.

Location
no cleaning even when we put out the sign on the door

The location is ideal and is in the heart of all downtown activities. Housekeeping was very prompt with our requests. It's nice that breakfast is offered but it's a bit pricey.
The front desk staff were inconsistent on customer service. Turn down service should be every other day minimum. I understand that we're trying to conserve the environment but there's a risk of hygiene and pest issues if rooms are not cleaned/linens replaced every 48 hours. The bathroom had a persistent odor that was unpleasant. I'm not sure why as we were on the top floor. Might need a plumbing update. In general the hotel is pretty new/remodeled and in good shape.
