The unexpected whimsy and delightful discoveries throughout the building. For example, the experience coming out of the lifts and into the lobby. Made me smile every time. I loved choosing which sign to leave on the doorknob of my room as well (there are 25 options to pick from, I didn't want my room cleaned during my stay so I selected 'There is a monster on the other side of this door.').
The only fault I could pick was the lack of a bottle opener in the room (and one of the complimentary drinks needed a bottle opener).

The venue and location were fantastic
The staff were very rude

Super cute fitout and marketing/branding. The shower pressure was so good. Overall, it was so lovely and I loved the cafe downstairs. They remembered my coffee order after one day! The rooftop bar was great but more variety on the food would improve the experience even further. The free mini bar snacks was a really nice touch.
Not knowing where to get uber eats from LOL. I did find a Thai place nearby who actually delivered to me when they don't deliver so that was a bonus. ;)

The art and concept is well executed. The roof bar is quite nice
For a "luxury" stay it really fell flat. After staying over the past two weeks at the Swissotel Sydney and the Sofitel Adelaide. The staff just don't have it. No one was rude or unprofessional but it lacked any of the polished services I'm accustomed to. I had to take my own bags to the room, the hotel tour was rushed and I'm awkwardly holding my room key, bags, phone. Honestly for the price and service I received I won't be in a hurry to come back. Plus the lack of parking or parking services offered is very disappointing. I'm sorry I missed that before booking otherwise I wouldn't have booked.
