Excellent séjour au coeur du centre de Sydney

Excellent séjour dans un établissement très bien placé, à 5 mn du tramway, bus ou train. Le coeur de Sydney est accessible en quelques minutes. Le studio est calme, très bien équipé aussi bien côté cuisine que côté salle de bains. Le lit est extrêmement confortable. Le wifi est facile d'accès mais n'est pas très puissant, suffisant pour un usage standard. La vue dégagée du 30ème étage côté Darling harbour, est très agréable, surtout le soir. J'ai également apprécié de pouvoir avoir accès au studio un peu plus tôt, dès 13h00.

Seul petit bémol : le ménage n'a pas été fait durant les 4 jours, un peu gênant pour les poubelles surtout. Le local est accessible à l'étage mais vu le prix, c'est un peu surprenant...

タウンホール駅からすぐで近くにコールスも食べる場所もあるので場所はオススメ。部屋のタイプによると思いますが、キッチン、ランドリー付きがあります。

イースターの時期だったからか、部屋のクリーニングが一回もありませんでした。

Good position.

The lifts were terrible.we waited ages for them . Technical system but did not work for lots of people. We joked and said well at least we have some food and drink which we have just purchased. We also had to ring for towels. We had to stay an extra three nights and I don’t think in all the time we were there the apartment was cleaned . We just had a bag in the door with towels when we asked for them . We are not used to this

Location is good, 20 mins walking to the main sightseeing

Balcony floor was dirty, smell from the sink, no slippers, no cotton pads, no tooth paste…

Comfortable and great location, but please do something about the lifts.

Size of the rooms

Extremely busy hotel that only had two working lifts. Large lineup of guests to use the lift at all times. At one stage the lineup to use the Lyft was at the front door.

Great place to stay

Staff were very friendly. Well situated, very clean and comfortable. Will recommend to family and friends and will be back. Able to check in early and given an upgrade without asking

A small clothes airer would be useful for items that don't go in a dryer. Lifts can be quite slow.

it was perfect location, good staff, and value for the money paid

location, and the room size and facilities

there was too much noise coming to the room; and it seems the old room curtains were replaced with new ones, but the holes of the old curtains were big and ugly and visible; not finished properly; In the bathroom maintenance the grouts and silicon maintenance guy did a terrible job, and it was very ugly looking

Not bad, but room for improvement

Location was good to Townhall and Chinatown. Staff were friendly and check in and check out was quick. Beds were comfortable. We were able to check in as we made it to Sydney very early and we're expecting to just drop off bags and were surprised to be able to have a room ready. Air con is ice cold

For the price, the apartment was a bit dated. Also had to request for the bedding to be changed as there was a drop of blood and make up on the doona cover. It was managed quickly, but something that should not have occurred. Was a bit gross to find. Kitchen needs some further amenities like paper towels, serviettes, etc.

Very enjoyable and relaxing.

The close proximity to everything, how clean everything was and that I had full laundry facilities in my room.

The air conditioning in our room was not great.

Decent stay

I loved the location and suite was beautiful

I didn’t like that we didn’t get house keeping during the stay. We had to make our own beds and request more towels each day.

Short stay, convenient location and friendly staff.

The staff were extremely helpful.

The price, this goes for all CBD hotels. A mid week price over $600 per night with no competing CBD festivities is not justified.

The shower leak outside shower door, the instruction to the washer, the room was small than the previous stay

Good location but poorly maintained rooms

Great location near Darling Harbour

Very poorly maintained - eg. the laundry door had come off its rails; shelves were missing in the refrigerator; the bedroom window was not sealed properly; the toilet was badly stained; a curtain had come off its rail.

Great place to stay and would definitely stay again

We were a group of four friends staying in a two bedroom luxury suite and we were very pleased to have a good kitchen, nice crockery and cutlery, a laundry, two bathrooms and the king sized beds had been split into singles which were super comfortable. The bedrooms are quite small but were perfectly adequate and was great to have good big wardrobes for hanging our clothes in. Also the location is so easy and central, we were 5 minutes walk from the city light rail and probably about 7-10 minutes from Pitt Street Mall. Staff at Meriton Kent Street are wonderful too

Exotic, comfortable, spacious

I love the location, near of everything, the room was nice, we have space and very confortable Beds ! And the smell specific to this hotel chain that we love so much! If I could have this fragrance for sale, I would buy it without hesitation to put it in my house. We love this flagrance.

The only problem was some littles things to change, like the hose of a shower which had a small leak, and we would have liked with this cold, to have additional blankets available in the cupboards.
