We are a couple traveling with a teen-ager. We stayed for 7 nights. This hotel is very well located and easy to reach by metro. We had a room with view over the park and this was very nice. Comfortable beds and good size bathroom. Housekeeping was ok, but we had to remind about extra towels a few time (kept on getting towels for two) and also had to remind about filling up of soap and lotion. One would expect such things to be taken care of by housekeeping at a hotel of this ranking. The hotel gym is quite plain and not that well equipped. The pool on the roof is nice and ok maintained. Breakfast was good and can be recommended. However, to have to pay extra for barista coffee is also not something one would expect at this type of hotel.
The fact we had to remind about towels and soap/lotion. Our room was further not cleaned 2 times although we had put out a sign to show we wanted it. To have to pay extra for barista coffee at breakfast.

The staff were welcoming & friendly, the facilities were clean and spacious and had a waiting area and side bar which was nice.
The only thing I could fault was the lighting in the rooms. They were very dull, even in the bathrooms above the mirror which made it hard at times.
