I loved the extra service we got. My husband and I went for a run and when we came back the lovely concierge asked us how our run went and gave us a bottle of water each. We felt spoilt so thank you

Convenient location, comfortable rooms.
Poor room service menu that is overpriced for what you get. The cleaning fragrance used is a bit strong.

The location and cleanliness
The staff were not what you expect from a 5 star property. I had to extend my stay and had to request 3 times before it was understood and still didn’t get it right.
