Perfect location.
Noise from next door and hallway were too loud. Top sheet wasn't there because duvet was too hot.

Location, Staff were very friendly and helpful, Cleanliness.
When the booking was made we were informed we would be on the 14 of 15th floor, but we were placed on the 12th floor on the same level as the gym and bar which was a little noisy which was a little disappointing, but apart from that the room was good.

The staff who checked us in at 3 plus was very polite, respectful and sensitive. She checked us out as well.
Concierge, bell services were very good.
Room services - bed was not made well. Items not replaced. However when requested, supervisor was fast and attended to us.
