The location was perfect, just a short walk to my conference. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was exactly what I expected and was delicious.
The shower hose in the bathroom had a leak but there was still enough water pressure to have a satisfactory shower

The location was the best. We could walk to Darling Harbour and all other attractions were close enough for a long stroll.
Breakfast was ok.
Comfortable bed
I was disappointed that we had to ask for the room to be serviced.
We collected new towels from reception but old towels were not collected.
The fridge was not working, everything was frozen but no maintenance man came.
The corners of the shower need a deeper clean

Great location. Walking distance to Darling Harbour and George St. Staff were friendly and helpful. My phone charger was broken, so I was able to borrow one from reception. The Assistant Manager covered off everything about the hotel in detail. Offered me an umbrella when it was raining - just lovely!
