The location is absolutely fabulous for what we needed - the staff were so so lovely and very helpful with tips/advice for what we needed to do.
I think once the 2nd lift is opertional this place will be awesome!

Bed was super comfy. room was very spacious. Loved that it was located in the middle of everything
Elevator was being upgraded so took a little longer however not a biggie

From our room, we had a view of the museum & ships which was our main purpose of being in Sydney! A serious selling point for those interested in history!
The room was clean and had all the amenities needed, provided us with a portacot for our little one.
King bed, I thought it was only going to be a queen, but was very happy to find a king bed.
Passage into our room was pretty tight as we had suitcases and a pram.
A couple other minor things but staff responded to any requests, and the minor things I didn't ask for I'm sure they would have assisted with.
Considering the price compared to other hotels, it met our expectations.

Proximity to everything
It was very dated and looked unclean. The room had a really bad drain smell and bugs can be seen flying out of the drain
