close to train station by the harbour. check in was earlier than expected, could go to our room at midday. Had a city view which was overlooking customs house. We also had a special overnight package which included a bottle of wine, $50 dining credit, breakfast & 12 midday checkout. $409. We dined in Sylvesters in the Lobby, steak was delicious & included a glass of shiraz. Our King suite was spacious & very clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was all you could ask for & my coeliac husband was catered for very well, including a GF station with own toaster. excellent!
Pillows... one was very hard & tall; one was feathers & too soft.
Our tv remote initially did not work, but was replaced speedily.

The hotel is beautiful, and the pool and gym level is fantastic. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and had so many choices and options.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to all great places to go and see. Great for all buses, trains and ferries. We came by car it is great that they have valet parking.
Great lobby and Restaurant/Bar area…. Then up in lift …the hallways could do with a nicer carpet.
Room was ok, clean and the bed could do with a top sheet! Not just the quilt.
Tried the switch for the Night light? What and where was it?? (Thank goodness I take our own night light…)
Now the Air Con……. Fix the controller so the Fan goes down to 1 bar. We couldn’t get it to go down! I know we could have turned it off but the room would get stuffy.
On leaving we had a letter under the door (we’ve always had) ok BUT it’s always been the bill not what we had …saying that the credit card was declined!!!! Change the wording to - - Please settle your account, with the credit card, thank you so much….
