Luxurious hotel experience, beautiful views from the bar and club lounge
Room smelled stale, air con cuts out during the night presumptive save power. No detachable shower head.

Almost everything was perfect - easy early check-in, upgrade to a higher floor and better view, wonderful room where the aircon worked pronto, as did all the lighting, intuitively easy, comfortable bed, quiet, lovely bathroom. Breakfast was really delicious, all tasting as good as it looked, with a morning newspaper as well! Every staff member I came across was friendly and efficient. It's a very big hotel, but it doesn't feel like it.
Only one minor niggle - the pool size and ambience didn't quite match the quality level of the rest of the hotel. Otherwise perfect....

The property is a favourite of mine is an exceptional location.
There was some clearly issues with my room at this day, which is unfortunate because that is not happened before.
